Huasun Energy Xuancheng Phase III High-efficiency HJT Solar Module Project has reached a significant milestone on September 5th by successfully producing its first module, signifying the start of full-scale mass production. The first batch of heterojunction (HJT) solar modules in this project achieved a record-breaking mass-produced power output of 720W, which once again breaks the record previously created by Huasun itself, shifting the level of mass-produced photovoltaic modules to a new 720W+ stage.

Huasun has taken the lead in the industry to achieve the shipment of 700W+ HJT solar modules. As highly praised by the solar project owners, Huasun's 700W+ HJT modules with higher efficiency and better reliability could effectively help reduce the BOS cost and LCOE for the plants.

Adhering to the continuous pursuit of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, Huasun's R&D and production teams have further optimized the process to increase the highest output power of the HJT solar modules. The leader of the Xuancheng Phase III High-efficiency HJT Solar Module Project expressed their confidence in continuously increasing the energy yield of Huasun's Himalaya modules as production capacity expands.

As Huasun completes the tenth heterojunction solar intelligent factory in Xuancheng, the Phase III project boasts the world's largest HJT solar module workshop with an impressive design beat at 16S of a single line. With a total capacity of 8GW, the project will primarily produce three types of HJT modules- 210mm, 182mm, and 182*210mm, which can be widely applied in large-scale utility, distributed residential, and Commercial & Industrial solar projects.
